THIRD MISSION

CRUST is also aimed to distinguish itself in fulfilling the third mission of the University, that is:

• sharing or disseminating scientific knowlege on Seismotectonics,  with the aim of improving the awareness of the populations exposed to earthquake risk;
• transfer of basic and advanced research results to the civil community, as well as to the professional orders; 
• scientific support to decision-makers in sesimic hazard spatial prediction and risk assessment.
